“Be Here Now” said well-known spiritual teacher Ram Dass. Many other spiritual teachers have said the same. It is a profoundly simple teaching yet exceedingly difficult to achieve. To be here now, I must release being stuck in the past and/or concerned about the future. If I am to be at peace in this moment, I must release all other moments and experience peace of heart and mind right here, right now.
You see, my vision of Heaven right here on earth is to be at peace of heart and mind. What does it require? It requires patience and practice. That sounds so simple yet so hard to do. Wishing you peace on your journey right this moment and the next and ever more. Judyv
