Morning Stillness – A Breath Meditation
Sit or stand where you feel grounded.
Inhale slowly — “I open to peace.”
Exhale gently — “I release what does not serve me.”
Inhale — “I am held by the silence within.”
Exhale — “I trust the wisdom that rises.”
Pause. Let a word or image arise if it wants to. If nothing comes, the stillness is enough. You are enough.
And here’s a phrase you might whisper to yourself as the day unfolds:
